SECAUCUS, NJ — White Toque, an importer of frozen products for foodservice, is expanding its portfolio with a full-line launch of tart shells.

The collection of sweet and savory shells consists of plain and chocolate varieties in multiple sizes and shapes for pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes and caterers.

The line also features versatile, neutral-tasting shells for savory and sweet applications, including five colored shells made with vegan ingredients and natural coloring.

White Toque’s new lineup helps bakers save time and labor with its ready-to-fill-or-bake, shelf-stable format.  The collection is stocked at food warehouses across the US and is available with multiple distributors.
