KANSAS CITY, MO — To close out 2025, Commercial Baking unveiled the latest class of Industry Innovators, a distinction honoring a range of young professionals making a difference and on track for leadership in the baking industry.
This year’s cohort features 13 next-gen leaders from different sectors across the industry, including R&D, food science, quality assurance, human resources, sales, marketing and communications, packaging development and food safety.
