CARLSBAD, CA — Milton’s, a food manufacturer specializing in the better-for-you product sphere, launched a new gluten-free innovation: Mediterranean Cauliflower Crust Pizza.

The pizza features Greek-inspired ingredients, including roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and red onions, topped with mozzarella and crumbled feta cheeses.

Consumers can find the new frozen pizza variety exclusively at Target locations.

Earlier this year, Milton’s debuted Pizza Snack Bites and Protein Crackers, bolstering the brand’s snack portfolio.
