In one powerful, compact footprint, this Dual Mixer increases capacities of the largest Oakes Mixer up to 200%. Bakers can choose between running one product in a series or two products in parallel. Cake batters or icings that formerly ran at 10,000 lb per hour can now run up to 20,000 lb per hour.

Using the touch screen, operators can select Recipes, Auto Density Controls, Line History, Machine Diagnostics and optional Operator Card Readers/Ethernet. Fully CIP capable, this unit has pneumatically actuated drain valves, optional round tubular frame, stainless steel conduit and watershed NEMA4X electrical enclosures.
