NEW YORK — Private investment firm Rouge Lake Management announced its majority interest acquisition in All Bake Technologies, a commercial baking equipment distributor and maintenance partner.

Founded in 1994, All Bake supports all aspects of the baking industry, providing equipment solutions for a range of customers, including artisan, retail, wholesale and commercial bakers.

As part of the deal, Chris Sarkesian, founder and managing member of Rouge Lake, will step in as CEO of All Bake, leveraging his background in strategy, M&A, and investment insights for the food equipment and baking industries.

“I am thrilled to work alongside the All Bake team and with our valued partners,” Sarkesian said. “All Bake has built a trusted reputation in the bakery industry, and we are excited to support the next chapter of growth while maintaining and building upon the exceptional service standards that have distinguished the business.”

To ensure a smooth leadership transfer, Robert Hassell, founder of All Bake, will stay on in a strategic advisory role as a minority owner.

“It’s been an incredible journey building All Bake Technologies since 1994 into the company it is today,” Hassell said. “It was important to me to pass the reins to a new generation of leadership — one that brings fresh energy and vision while staying true to our core values. Chris embodies that spirit, and I’m confident he will lead All Bake forward with a strong commitment to our customers and vendor partners. I look forward to supporting the team through this exciting transition.”
