Puratos to present ‘test track’ of solutions at IBIE 2025

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — Puratos has designed a Formula 1-inspired experience for bakers at IBIE 2025, set for Sept. 13-17 in Las Vegas.

Akin to Formula 1 teams’ reliance on speed and collaboration, the global bakery ingredient company has engineered a “pit crew” for bakers to help them overcome today’s challenges, such as rising production costs, the demand for clean label reformulation and long development cycles.

At the center of it all, Puratos will also highlight its Industrial Pilot Bakery, built in collaboration with AMF Bakery Systems. The facility is similarly designed, where bakers can bring consumer-validated baked goods from concept to commercialization without disrupting their own production lines.

Puratos will also display its clean-label lineup, reflecting its commitment to “Food Innovation for Good” and its response to evolving regulations like MAHA. The company will showcase its Sunset Glaze, a shelf-stable, plant-based alternative to traditional egg wash, and its Cubease, a precision-engineered dough conditioner, alongside its portfolio of other ingredient solutions.

IBIE attendees can also engage with the Sensobus, Puratos’ mobile sensory lab designed to gather real-time consumer feedback. Bakers can step into consumers’ shoes and engage in live sensory sessions designed to spark new product launches and smarter reformulations.

The company will also be launching a Digital Passport Prix, offering attendees a chance to win one of three experiences: a sourdough trip to Italy, a chocolate journey in Mexico or a Nordic bread adventure in Denmark.
