The Model DPM-150 is a heavy-duty mixer that can process formulations ranging from 20 to 150 gallons, with viscosities exceeding 6 million centipoise. It features stainless steel type 304 wetted parts polished to a 220-grit finish, vacuum mixing capability up to 29.5″Hg and interchangeable mix cans for increased productivity. The fabricated stainless steel planetary gearbox incorporates mechanical seals on stirrer shafts with split seal design on the main shaft and includes a torque limiter with proximity switch protection to prevent mechanical overload.
