CHICAGO — As Mars Inc. furthers its investment in its snack brands, such as Nature’s Bakery and Kind, the global CPG company appointed a new general counsel for this segment of its business.

Myriah Gambrell-Glenn, who’s been part of Mars since 2012, will step into the role Dec. 1. As general counsel, she will oversee global legal function for Mars Snacking, including legal strategy, compliance and risk management.

Just as importantly, she is a dedicated people leader who has a keen ability to spot potential and turn it into performance. This combination will be invaluable as we continue to navigate today’s complex legal and regulatory environment while expanding our global snacking footprint.”

“It’s clear to me our legal team is uniquely positioned to be a strategic partner by enabling and accelerating our snacking growth agenda — creating the conditions for innovation to flourish at speed and scale while driving strong governance.” — Myria Gambrell-Glenn | incoming Mars Snacking general counsel | Mars Inc.
