RENO, NV — Through its acquisition by Rosseau Inc., a US subsidiary of Dare Foods, Mary’s Gone Crackers is reaffirming its commitment to growth, transparency and innovation.

“We are proud to align with a company like Dare that shares our vision clearly and our values,” said Michael Finete, CEO of Mary’s Gone Crackers. “Their support enhances our ability to grow, innovate and continue gaining market share in a highly competitive space.”

After celebrating its 20th anniversary earlier this year, Mary’s Gone Crackers has the foundation for exponential growth. The acquisition, announced in May, positioned the gluten-free cracker company to facilitate operational strategies that align with its goals. The brand will still function independently, ensuring full continuity as it scales to meet increasing demand.

“We ended 2024 with record-breaking sales, new customers, a totally reinvigorated product line and a vital transition to profitability in the second half of the year,” Finete said. “This positive momentum reflects the strength of our brand, the impact of our strategy, our team’s commitment to continue advancing with humility, and the conviction that drives us on this exciting trajectory in 2025 and beyond.”

Alongside recent distribution expansions — including a nationwide launch in Costco in Q4 of 2024 and new partnerships with Target, BJ’s Wholesale and Walmart — Mary’s Gone Crackers is introducing a reformulated version of its Cheezee crackers. The cracker lineup currently includes two flavors, Cheese & Herb and Cheddar.

“What stood out immediately was Dare’s appreciation for what makes Mary’s special,” Finete concluded. “They weren’t looking to change who we are — they recognized the value in our team, our strategy, our values and our deep roots with health-conscious consumers.”
