RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Nature’s Path Organic Foods, umbrella company to brands such as Love Crunch, Que Pasa and Nature’s Path, announced the appointment of Laura S. Chamberlain as chief customer officer.

The leadership role was recently created to reflect the company’s commitment to growth throughout the US, deepening customer partnerships and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

Chamberlain brings more than 25 years of consumer goods experience to the role, most recently serving as chief customer officer at Nature’s Way. She also co-founded a consulting firm that supports start-ups and fosters connectivity across the industry.

At Nature’s Path, Chamberlain will lead customer strategy across all US channels with a focus on expanding household penetration, retail partnerships and accelerating the company’s overall expansion.

In the industry, Chamberlain is known for her holistic and strategic thought leadership with a history of building strong teams through a commitment to company culture. She centers her leadership approach on consumer insight, operational excellence, marketing optimization and collaborative brand building.
