NEW YORK — In a continued partnership with Lotus Bakeries, Vandemoortele is broadening its filled pastry offerings with the release of Biscoff Croissants and Biscoff Rolls.

The sweet goods are made from deep-frozen butter Danish pastry, filled with Biscoff spread and topped with Biscoff cookie pieces to offer a multi-textured, flavorful eating experience.

The ready-to-bake croissants, which come in 72-count boxes through foodservice distributors, offer operators a less labor-intensive option to revamp their menus.

Vandemoortele’s Biscoff-filled treats continue the thread of filled pastries from the brand. In October 2024, the baking company introduced a Pistachio Filled Croissant under its Banquet d’Or brand.

The family-owned baking companies previously partnered to lend the cookie flavor to other baked goods through Biscoff Donuts and Cake Lotus Biscoff.
