LAS VEGAS — With more than 250 sessions, workshops and demonstrations available at the upcoming International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) 2025, industry members have plenty of opportunities to satisfy their thirst for expert-level knowledge and professional development.

Registration for this year’s Baking Expo, set for Sept. 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with a full day of education on Sept. 13, includes full access to IBIEducate, the largest on-site education program curated specifically for the baking industry. To help attendees plan their time ahead of the show, IBIE developed a brand-new searchable web-based tool that yields a multitude of different search functionalities.

Showgoers can easily search for classroom education by speakers, topics, workshops, demos and sessions to find what they’re looking for. The tool also allows users to search by audience, making it convenient to find sessions tailored to specific roles and interests in the industry.

When searching for a particular session or a general theme, using the keyword search function enables education opportunities to be effortlessly located, providing for a smoother show experience.

Visit the Baking Expo’s website to register and access the full IBIEducate program.
