LAS VEGAS — With more than 250 sessions, workshops and demonstrations available at the upcoming International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) 2025, industry members have plenty of opportunities to satisfy their thirst for expert-level knowledge and professional development.

Registration for this year’s Baking Expo, set for Sept. 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with a full day of education on Sept. 13, includes full access to IBIEducate, the largest on-site education program curated specifically for the baking industry.
