The Campbell’s Co. centers growth with new leadership appointments

CAMDEN, NJ — The Campbell’s Co., parent company to legacy brands including Pepperidge Farm and Lance, announced key senior leadership appointments to support its future growth.

Effective May 12, Elizabeth Duggan will step up as president of the company’s Snacks division.

“Elizabeth is a strong operator and culture builder with a track record of fostering winning teams,” said Mick Beekhuizen, president and CEO of Campbell’s. “Her broad commercial and operational experience is well-suited to unlock the growth of our Snacks division.”

She succeeds Chris Foley, who will depart the company in July after a 25-year-long career.

“Chris has made tremendous contributions during his Campbell’s career, including successfully leading both divisions,” Beekhuizen said. “He is an outstanding executive and person who leaves a legacy of excellence at our company. He has been a valued partner to me and others, and we all wish him the best in the next step in his career.”

Duggan joined the company in 2019 as senior VP of the transformation office and was later promoted to senior VP and general manager of Campbell’s Co. of Canada.

Mackenzie Davison, current VP of marketing — Canada, will succeed Duggan and serve as president of The Campbell’s Co.’s Canadian business.

Janda Lukin will be elevated from senior VP and chief marketing officer, Snacks to the newly created role of chief growth officer, effective June 2.

“Janda brings a history of high performance at Campbell’s and elsewhere, leading brand strategy, marketing, insights and innovation,” Beekhuizen said. “She has the expertise and vision needed to accelerate our growth and deliver top-tier performance.”

In this position, she will leverage her more than 20 years of food experience at companies such as Mondelez International and Kraft Food to drive business and operational growth, which will be conducted through insights and analytics, innovation, revenue growth management, and enhanced consumer experience and activations.

Duggan and Lukin will report to Campbell’s CEO and become members of the company’s operating committee and corporate officers.
