INDIANAPOLIS — Catalina Snacks, a high-growth manufacturer of better-for-you snacks and cereals, appointed Elias Aoukar as chief supply chain officer.
In this role, Aoukar will oversee all aspects of the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability and operational success as Catalina Crunch — a brand under the Catalina Snacks umbrella — continues its aggressive growth trajectory.

Aoukar brings extensive experience in supply chain and operations leadership within the CPG industry. He most recently served as COO at ByHeart, enhancing operational capabilities and scaling production to meet growing demand.
Prior to that, Aoukar held key leadership positions at food companies, such as KIND, Danone North America, and Stonyfield Farm, where he led supply chain transformation initiatives, optimized sourcing strategies and strengthened end-to-end logistics.
