INDIANAPOLIS — Catalina Crunch, a manufacturer of better-for-you snacks, named Wendy Behr its first-ever chief research and development (R&D) officer. Her expertise in R&D, combined with her strategic vision and collaborative approach, is expected to help the company grow its product pipeline and enhance the brand’s position as a leader in the better-for-you snacks market.

Behr most recently served as chief product officer at Nature’s Fynd. She has also held key leadership positions at Sovo Brands, Whitewave Foods and Keurig Dr. Pepper.

Behr is the most recent addition to Catalina Crunch’s leadership team. The company added Lauri Luker, Jim Duddleston and Kristy Vigil earlier this year.
