DALLAS — Cheddies, an Austin, TX-based snack company backed by Gravette Capital, has expanded distribution nationwide into more than 1,700 Target stores.
The brand’s rollout includes Classic and Spicy Cheddar crackers in 4.2-ounce boxes and a new Classic Cheddar Cracker 8-count multipack in 0.8-ounce pouches in 800 stores. Cheddies also has its first major retail placement for its Chili Lime variety, which will be available in 1,100 Target stores.
To elevate the new distribution channel, the brand continued its partnership with Steve Aoki, a DJ and entrepreneur who’s served as Cheddies’ chief snacking officer since December 2024.
Cheddies was founded in 2015 by brothers Francisco and Tomas Pergola and has since grown as a disruptor in the salty snack category. The brand’s signature cheddar crackers are made with regenerative cheddar cheese.
