KANSAS CITY, MO — The American Society of Baking (ASB) announced its 2025 board members fresh after BakingTECH 2025, held February 17-19 in Orlando, FL.

The new members include:

Matt Bowers | board chair | senior director, R&D, New Horizons Baking Co.

Sarah Tsocanos | 1st vice chair | manager of bakery, The Campbell’s Co.

Scott Houtz | 2nd vice chair | president, Air Management Technologies

Theresa Watkinson | secretary/treasurer | COO, Aladdin Bakers

Ashley Robertson | director at-large | director, marketing and communications, Corbion

Mari Rydings | director at-large | editorial director, Avant Food Media

Jeff Craig | director at-large | VP of quality assurance and safety, Aunt Millie’s Bakeries

Chad Larson | director at-large | VP, COO, Mel-O-Cream Donuts

Chris Prociv | director at-large | chief commercial officer, retail, Aspire Bakeries

Jeff Shura | director at-large | senior VP, engineering and technology, Flowers Foods

Aaron Whalen | director at-large | corporate production manager, Franz Family Bakeries
