PLANO, TX — Middleby Bakery has welcomed Joakim Nordell as bread and bun category manager.

Nordell, who spent 20 years at Stewart Systems, will utilize his engineering and sales expertise to lead sales efforts abroad and deliver turn-key solutions for bread and bun production lines.

“Joakim’s experience and technical knowledge uniquely equip him to support our customers’ success in this critical category,” said Mike Scouten, president of global bakery sales for Middleby.

At the close of 2024, Middleby Bakery announced two additional hires in its sales department: Chris Janarek as Auto-Bake Serpentine account sales manager and Vikrant Sawant as India area sales manager.
