VAUGHAN, ONTARIO — NuStef Baking, a provider of artisan baked goods, announced the launch of its new TeaFusions Waffle Cookies.

The cookies, made with real fruit, omit peanuts, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. The four tea-infused flavors include Chai Apple, Black Tea & Currant, Earl Grey & Passion Fruit, and White Tea & Peach.

Consumers can find TeaFusion Waffle Cookies in single-serve packets containing 80 calories and in 12-count multipack boxes. Foodservice operators can purchase the product in 72- and 180-count bulk cases.

Samples of TeaFusion Waffle Cookies will be available at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA, set for March 5-7.

Last year, NuStef Baking launched Kii Naturals Fruit & Fire Snack Crisps, a double-baked snack combining real fruit with hot peppers, nuts and seeds.
