CARSON CITY, NV — Gina Galvin, co-founder and chief creative officer of Stellar Snacks, has been named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 class of 2025.

In 2019, Galvin co-founded alongside their mother who immigrated from France. As the creative visionary behind the brand, Galvin’s fun flavors and unique packaging designs feature original art from emerging artists.

“I’m still in pinch-me mode, but I am so honored, humbled and grateful,” Galvin said via LinkedIn. “I am beyond proud of what we’ve built over the last few years with Stellar Snacks, and I am filled with an abundance of gratitude for my incredible team, mentors and supporters who have helped me along the way… and this is just the beginning.”

Stellar Snacks is one of the fastest-growing pretzel brands in America, with products in retailers including Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods and Sprouts. Recently, the pretzel brand took to the skies, partnering with Southwest Airlines to roll out its Maui Monk Pretzel Braids as the airline’s new in-flight snack.

Stellar Snacks has raised capital from investors, small business loans, state grants and tax abatements. Last month, the brand celebrated the grand opening of its new manufacturing facility in West Louisville, KY. The pretzel company invested $137 million in the 434,000-square-foot building.
