DAVENPORT, IA — Hansaloy, an equipment manufacturer for sliced baked products, has promoted Allen Wright to president after an intentional 18-month transition process. He succeeds Kim Brenner, who served in the role for the past 15 years and will stay on as executive director.
“Hansaloy has been providing bread and bun slicing blades and other products for 91 years from its Davenport, Iowa, location,” Brenner said. “We view strong, steady leadership as integral to serving that mission. To that end, Mr. Wright becomes the third president of Hansaloy in the past 34 years.”
Wright has been a part of the Hansoloy team for 30 years and most recently served as VP of sales and manufacturing. Within the commercial baking industry, Wright is the vice chair for the 2025 International Baking Industry Exposition committee. In years prior, he served as BEMA chair for the 2016-2017 term and on the American Society of Bakers board of directors.
“Hansaloy is committed to continuing its high level of industry service for many years to come,” Wright said. “We look forward to serving our customers.”
