CHICAGO — Kellanova listened to consumer demand for a smoky twist and elevated its line of Cheez-It crackers.

Inspired by the consumers who were smoking their Cheez-It crackers at home, the brand is debuting its Cheez-It Smoked Cheddar and Cheez-It Smoked Gouda varieties.

The Smoked Cheddar flavor features a 100% real cheese taste with hints of onion and aged cheddar, with the additional elevated smoky profile of hickory and oak wood flavors. The Smoked Gouda variety savors the nutty taste of Gouda and pairs it with hickory and maple wood smoke flavors.

The Cheez-It Smoked line will be available at retailers nationwide beginning November 2024 and will join the existing portfolio of permanent offerings.

The Kellanova brand has consistently listened to consumer preference for bold flavor combinations. Earlier this year, the cracker company rolled out its Cheez-It x Hidden Valley Ranch Crackers for a limited time.
