BOSTON — Fancypants Baking Co. added its second seasonal flavor to the crispy cookie line, offering a Ginger Snap variety within its product portfolio.
Giving a nostalgic flavor a fancy twist, the new cookie is made with ground ginger, cinnamon, clove and sugared bits of crystallized ginger.
“We’re excited to test out Ginger Snap as a seasonal flavor and hope the consumer demand is there to make it a full-time flavor,” said Maura Duggan, founder and CEO of Fancypants. “We decided to really lean into taking our Ginger Snap on the spicier side to make it a striking flavor. There’s a lot of depth in this cookie with a nice long finish.”
The new Ginger Snap cookie is available for purchase online and at select retailers for an SRP of $5.99 per bag, as well as in 3- and 6-count packs for $19.99 and $34.99, respectively.
Earlier this year, Fancypants also tapped into consumer demand and launched its first seasonal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip flavor and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip variety.
