Royal Kaak CEO receives Order of Oranje-Nassau distinction

TERBORG, NETHERLANDS — Lodewijk van den Borg, CEO of Royal Kaak, has been appointed officer in the Order of Oranje-Nassau by the King of Netherlands.

Recognizing his over a dozen years as CEO of the baking equipment company, van den Borg has distinguished himself through his dedication to innovation and societal progress.

The official presentation took place during a ceremony at the CIVON Innovation Center, where alderman Ben Hiddinga MPM presented van den Borg with the distinction in front of guests and family.

In addition to contributing to the organization, he impacted technological advancement and sustainability in the manufacturing industry. The CEO engages in developing and promoting positive changes in technical, technological and social aspects.

Playing an active role in visual developments such as 3D metal printing techniques, van den Borg provides necessary adjustments and input, realizing societal changes.
