AMSTELVEEN, THE NETHERLANDS — Dawn Foods, a global bakery manufacturer and distributor, announced the sale of its frozen bakery manufacturing business in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Pacific (AMEAP) to Europastry, a Barcelona-based frozen bakery dough producer.
The sale incorporates the company’s frozen bakery manufacturing plant in Steenbergen, the Netherlands, R&D capabilities based in Evesham, United Kingdom. All associated customer relationships in the region securing Dawn-produced frozen products.

Dawn will continue to manufacture and distribute bakery ingredients in Europe, AMEAP, North America and Latin America.
