CHICAGO — Better-for-you snack company Simple Mills is pairing traditional sandwich cookies with whole food ingredients in its latest product release.

The new Nut Butter Stuffed Sandwich Cookies are made with nuts and nut butter in addition to nutrient-dense cashew flour, cashew butter, organic coconut sugar and organic buckwheat flour.

Filled with roasted peanut butter, the Creamy Peanut Butter variety features crispy cookies made from cashew and peanut flour. The Cocoa Cashew Crème flavor takes a nutty spin on the classic chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookie by adding cashew butter.
