AUBURN, WA — Welbilt, an Ali Group company and Belshaw Adamatic Bakery Group’s parent company, appointed Chris Salatino as the new president of Belshaw. He succeeds Stan Dettloff, who recently departed from the company to pursue different opportunities.

In this role, Salatino will oversee day-to-day operations of the Belshaw and Adamatic brands.

Since entering the foodservice industry in 1996, Salatino has held various leadership positions for PepsiCo, McDonald’s Corp. and Sears Holding Corp.

Most recently, he was the VP of engineering at Scotsman Ice Systems, directing the engineering team to develop new products and technologies.
