“This recognition acknowledges our leadership and hard work in the upcycled food movement these past 10 years,” said Dan Kurzrock, co-founder and CEO of Upcycled Foods Inc. “We are here to continue accelerating food system circularity at the nexus of flavor, nutrition and sustainability. We have come a long way, but in many ways, this is just the beginning.”
