PHOENIX — SK Food Group, a custom food manufacturing, will invest $205.2 million into a Cleveland, TN, manufacturing facility to meet growing consumer demand.
The site, which will be the company’s fourth production facility, is set to create 840 jobs by 2030. Construction will begin later this year and is slated for completion by 2025.
The 525,000-sq.-ft. facility will produce sandwiches, wraps, snacks, flatbreads, protein snacks and more. The plant will incorporate automation to assist with sandwich assembly and food handling.
Dustin Dixon, SK Food Group president, said the company will use local talent for proprietary workforce development and training.
