CAMDEN, NJ — Shareholders approved the shift to The Campbell’s Company, originally The Campbell’s Soup Co., as the business’s official name. The new brand identity will go into effect following the filing of an amendment to the company’s certificate of incorporation in New Jersey.
“This subtle yet important change allows us to retain the iconic name recognition, reputation and equity we have built over 155 years while reflecting the full breadth of our portfolio,” said Mark Clouse, president and CEO of The Campbell’s Co.

The change was initially proposed at the company’s Fiscal 2025 Investor Day, held this past September. The Campbell’s Co. includes the company’s broad product portfolio, which features brands such as Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Lance, Late July, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and Snyder’s of Hanover.
“As The Campbell’s Company, we will build on our legacy of quality and innovation, while continuing to grow and meet the evolving needs of consumers,” Clouse concluded.
