BOULDER, CO — Rudi’s Organic Bakery, known for its premium organic and gluten-free bakery items, appointed five industry leaders to its inaugural Innovation and Impact Board.

The board will oversee the expansion and growth of the brand under Jane Miller, CEO of Rudi’s Organic Bakery, while strengthening its environmental, social and governance efforts.

The five new members are as follows:

  • Sheldon Romer: founder, Rudi’s | renowned leadership coach
  • Justin Gold: founder, | nationally recognized sustainability leader
  • Cynthia Tice: founder, Lily’s Sweets | strong proponent of women’s empowerment in the workplace
  • Rick Sterling: founding partner of CPG strategic-growth consultancy Sterling-Rice Group
  • Terry Tierney: operating partner, Hummingbird Brands | former CEO, Daiya Foods

This announcement follows Miller’s return to the brand in 2021. During her nearly a decade-long hiatus, she served as CEO within other food CPG brands.

Rudi’s has also announced the appointment of CPG leader Adam Hertel as CSO and current board member and investor Kaan Dagalti as COO.
