LAS VEGAS — The International Artisan Bakery Expo (IABE), set for August 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, recently announced updated COVID-19 protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines and relaxed regulations in the city of Las Vegas, which is now operating at 100% capacity with no limits on large gatherings and conventions.
During the show, fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to wear masks on the show floor, and temperature checks will not be required for entry. Additionally, food and beverage samplings will return to pre-pandemic guidelines.
IABE organizers will regularly clean high-traffic areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
“We believe these procedures will allow us to host the most successful event possible for exhibitors and attendees,” said Colleen Truman, sales director for IABE and Artisan Bakery Expo East. “This will ensure the best platform for reconnecting in August.”
Booth space is still available for the show. For more information and a detailed list of health and safety protocols, visit https://artisanbakeryexpo.com/health-safety/.
