KANSAS CITY, MO — To help commercial bakery executives tackle workforce challenges in this time of rapid change, Commercial Baking has teamed up with WinningWise, a Chicago-based corporate leadership consulting firm, to host a monthly column.
Through the “People Strategies for Growth” column, the WinningWise team will answer baker questions pertaining to manufacturing and corporate workforce development and business leadership innovation.
Growth is a vital aspect of professional development, and employees at nearly every career stage, and in a variety of settings, are seeking it. That said, most people also naturally fear change, which can create inertia for business leaders.
By definition, growth requires change, and the new column brings useful advice to bakery leaders and executives who are seeking new ways to drive workforce development in the office and on the plant floor. With core capabilities in strategic development for executive leadership, WinningWise often partners with leaders to encourage people that change is not only necessary but also a key to success.

The column, which runs in the Commercial Baking Monthly newsletter, will directly address how to achieve innovation through new growth in people and leadership strategies, as well as topics pertaining to corporate culture, workforce development and more.
