ST. LOUIS — Panera Brands Inc. — a portfolio brand comprised of Panera Bread, Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros — has announced that as of Aug. 22, Konrad Meyer will join the company as CFO.

Meyer comes from JAB Holding Company where he has been a partner in indicating investments, including its fast casual restaurant portfolio. He will use his experience of serving as interim CFO of Pret a Manager.

Current CFO Ted Stedem is resigning after his support for the company through a period of development and innovation.

Along with the addition of Meyer, Mark Wooldridge SVP, controller and chief accounting officer, will take over the duties of Panera Bread’s CFO.
