HERNDON, VA — PMMI announced the return of its Pack Gives Back event to the association’s annual Pack Expo International experience, set for Nov. 3-6 in Chicago.
Pack Gives Back will deliver a night of networking, philanthropy and entertainment. Sponsored by Rockwell Automation, this year’s event will feature a performance by award-winning comedian Nate Bargatze, known for his clean humor and relatable storytelling.
“Pack Gives Back has always been about uniting the industry for a good cause, and we’re excited to bring everyone together once again for a fantastic night of laughter and networking,” said Laura Thompson, VP of trade shows at PMMI.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the PMMI Foundation, which provides support to the future packaging and processing workforce.
“Rockwell Automation believes that the future of the packaging and processing industry depends on empowering the next generation with the tools and skills to drive innovation and sustainability,” said Steve Mulder, OEM director at Rockwell Automation. “By sponsoring Pack Gives Back, we’re investing in the future workforce and helping shape the leaders who will advance this industry. We’re proud to continue supporting this impactful event and the PMMI Foundation’s mission.”
The comedy performance is set for Nov. 4 at 5:30 p.m., held at the McCormick Place. Tickets for the event are $95 each, with a special 10-for-9 group deal. Visit the Pack Expo International website for more information.
