IRVING, TX — Mission Foods, the popular tortilla and wrap brand, has teamed up with Nutella in a collaboration designed to make breakfast and after-school snacking less hectic for parents and kids alike.

The partnership, coming back for the second year in a row, includes several recipes for consumers to try: banana tortilla roll ups, mini Nutella quesadillas and mini dessert pizzas.

“Back-to-school season is a time for getting back into routines, and we know that this new school year is going to be unlike any other, with both kids and parents being excited and anxious to get back into classrooms,” said Sathish Mohanraju, VP of marketing, Mission Foods. “We hope that by combining Mission Foods and Nutella — two family-favorite items — we can not only help start those busy mornings off right, but also bring some comfort and familiarity to this time of transition.”

Shoppers can also save money whether they’re buying in-person or online. In-store shoppers can look for Mission Foods and Nutella branded displays for $1 off when buying items from both brands. Online shoppers who have Amazon Prime will be directed to a custom page from Amazon Fresh where they can purchase both Nutella and Mission products such as Street Tacos or Sweet Hawaiian tortillas.

“Combining the fresh-baked goodness of Mission Street Tacos with the rich and delicious taste of Nutella Hazelnut Spread is a win for parents, kids and anyone looking for a simple yet delicious breakfast,” said Todd Midura, VP of marketing, Nutella. “These breakfast wraps will make mornings a little easier and more enjoyable for families getting back into their routines.”
