PLANO, TX — Middleby Bakery announced that registration is now open for its new Middleby Bakery Expo, to be held Oct. 19-21 at the company’s Bakery Innovation Center (BIC).
The new event, which invites attendees and exhibitors to inspire, innovate and educate, is the first of its kind for the company. Attendees will learn about the latest innovations originally planned for release at the International Bakery Expo in Munich. In this live, in-person setting they will demonstrate equipment from Middleby Bakery brands as well as their partners exhibiting at the show.
The event will also feature presentations from industry experts as well as unique networking events. Customers are welcome to attend free of charge and evening events are included.
“We miss connecting with our customers so we are creating a venue where we can do just that,” said Teresa Ruder, marketing manager for Middleby. “We have new innovations that we can’t wait to share and we’ve invited some partners along for the ride.”
Middleby has partnered with Avant Food Media and its Commercial Baking media group as the official media partner for live coverage during the event.
