PLANO, TX — Middleby Bakery, a leading supplier of commercial bakery equipment solutions, has introduced Clent Hollin as its new sales account manager.
Hollin will focus on special organic growth categories for Auto‐Bake Serpentine, the Middleby brand known for its bakery production throughput optimization and automation, as well as other Middleby Bakery brands. Hollin has more than 20 years’ experience in the baking and food industries, with broad factory experience across bakery categories that will add value to Middleby’s customers during the project development phase.
