CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls and Bread released new Texas Toast Potato Bread, which is now available to restaurants and foodservice customers.
Similar to other its products, Martin’s uses only high quality ingredients to make the toast. The thick slices have a pillowy texture and subtle buttery taste.
“We want to make our customers happy,” said Julie Martin, social media manager and granddaughter of the founders of Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe. “That’s why, after hearing many chefs’ requests for a thick-cut slice, especially from our Texas customers, we’re so thrilled to be able to offer it to our foodservice and restaurant customers.”
With no artificial colors and sweeteners, the non-GMO bread is also free of soy, peanuts and tree nuts and is made with unbleached wheat flour.
