HARRISON, OH — Maka Mia Pizza, a JTM Food Group brand, is bringing self-functioning robotics to the North American pizza market with its Mia V4.5 Robotic Pizza Shop.

Maka Mia has combined its pizza with the latest version of the robotic oven through a partnership with a pizza robotic system based in Europe. The entire process takes three minutes to create a freshly baked pizza.

All Maka Mia Pizzas are made with a private cheese blend, a never-canned pizza sauce recipe, and dough balls designed for a light center and crisp edge and bottom. The inside of the machine contains two stone hearth ovens that will cook and serve the pizza without any human assistance.

“This is a perfect opportunity for retailers looking to increase revenue with limited labor requirements while still delivering a premium product,” said Matt Maas, founder and CEO of Maka Mia Pizza. “The quality is hard to believe until you experience it for yourself. That’s why we’re scheduling demos across the US, to give the foodservice industry and retail partners the chance for a hands-on presentation and taste test.”

The Robotic Pizza Shop is designed to be placed in retailers with significant foot traffic, such as college and university communities, airports, hotels, amusement parks, convenience stores, stadiums, and sports facilities.
