LOS ANGELES — Lexington Bakes, known for its eco-conscious and luxury desserts, rolled out a limited-edition seasonal line of desserts.

The four new offerings were each crafted in collaboration with renowned artisan brands to elevate traditional fall flavors and give the new product line a modern twist. Lexington Bakes partnered with brands including Equator Coffees, Raaka Chocolate, Seed+Mill, French Squirrel and Crown Maple.

“Good dessert is meant to be shared, especially this time of year,” said Lex Evan, founder, CEO and chef of Lexington Bakes. “When we decided to take on seasonal flavors, I wanted to share the experience with and celebrate brands who share our passion for extraordinary taste and exceptional standards. The seasonal lineup includes:

  • Peanut Butter Chip Cookie: A vegan and grain-free cookie with French Squirrel date-sweetened peanut butter and dark chocolate chunks.
  • Maple Pecan Chip Cookie: This vegan cookie is made with organic Raaka maple dark chocolate, Crown Maple sugar and native heirloom pecans.
  • Snickerdoodle Tahini Sugar Cookie: A vegan and grain-free cookie powdered by Seed+Mill’s organic Tahini and a mix of cinnamon sugar from Crown Maple.
  • Pumpkin Spice Espresso Brownie: This organic brownie features Jaguar Espresso from Equator Coffees and pumpkin cream cheese swirls.
