WAGENINGEN, THE NETHERLANDS — Lallemand Bio-Ingredients (LBI), a division of Lallemand, Inc., announced a strategic partnership with Revyve, a Dutch foodtech company.
The deal makes Lallemand the exclusive distributor of Revyve in markets throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.

Revyve’s proprietary process changes baker’s yeast into food ingredients that can serve as an egg replacement or other texturizers without compromising texture, taste, nutrition or functionality. The adapted yeast-based ingredients can offer a range of textures in gluten- and egg-free applications, plant-based and vegan products, and natural food innovations.
