ANAHEIM, CA — Insignia International, the parent company of 505 Southwestern, La Tortilla Factory and Yucatan Guacamole, has launched a new line of corn and flour tortillas under the La Tortilla Factory brand.
“Insignia International is forging a new frontier of flavor in the Hispanic food space, and Tradición tortillas stand out among the competition,” said Adam Butler, CEO of Insignia International.
Tradición includes five new types of tortillas: Fajita, Soft Yellow Corn, Soft White Corn, Burrito Flour and Soft Taco Flour. Each variety is low in sodium and contains no cholesterol or trans fats.

“These tortillas are complete and balanced with an uncomplicated intensity — you’d never know it takes such hard work to create something this simple,” Butler said.
With La Tortilla Factory expanding its distribution nationwide, the new flour and corn tortillas will soon be available in select retailers across California, Seattle, Denver and the Southwest.
Insignia International was formerly known as Flagship Food Group. The company rebranded earlier this year and expanded its leadership team.
