Yakima, WA — Kwik Lok Corp. has hired Blair Chastain as chief revenue officer (CRO). He is tasked with enhancing Kwik Lok’s global sales and marketing strategies.
“Blair’s experience developing strong sales strategies and empowering agile teams will be a strong asset as Kwik Lok continues to grow our business worldwide and make a difference in our communities,” Kwik Lok CEO Don Carrell said.
Chastain has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience across a variety of industries including agriculture, food, retail fulfillment and manufacturing. Before joining Kwik Lok, he was the VP of sales and marketing for North America at IPL Macro. His responsibilities included leading IPL Macro’s North American sales, customer service and marketing efforts for all new and commercialized solutions.
Earlier in his career, Chastain served as the VP of sales for Rehrig Pacific Company. He worked to build an agile and transformative team culture that resulted in solutions and market expansions with consistent revenue growth.
