NEW YORK — Kind Snacks, a Mars Inc. brand, appointed Daniel Calderoni as CEO of Kind North America. He will report to Blas Maquivar, global president of health and wellness at Mars Snacking.

Calderoni’s professional background includes more than 20 years of global experience leading consumer brands to Kind. He most recently served as GM for Mars in Canada, leading the team for two years and overseeing the Canadian market for pet nutrition and its vast portfolio of brands. He also served in various marketing roles for Unilever across Brazil, South Africa and China.

As CEO, Calderoni will lead Kind North America’s mission to craft better-for-you snacks and bolster the brand’s legacy.
