ERIE, PA — JJ’s Bakery, a part of JTM Foods LLC, is broadening its sweet snack lineup with its acquisition of Cookies-n-Milk, a family-owned and operated industrial baked and frozen dessert manufacturer. The company produces cookies, brownies, blondies, donuts, bake-and-sell cookie dough and ready-to-eat cookie dough.
“Cookies-n-Milk is an excellent fit with the JTM portfolio further enhancing JTM’s position as ‘The Best Choice’ in sweet goods for our consumers, retail partners, employees and investors,” said Monty Pooley, CEO and president of JTM Foods.
The brand has experienced rapid growth in the edible cookie dough category and expects to continue its success in tandem with JTM Foods’ operations and sales capabilities.

JTM Foods produces JJ’s Bakery’s branded, co-manufactured and private label sweet baked goods, which include fruit and cream filled snack pies, mini pies and crispy rice treats.
