SAN FRANCISCO — Ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, Hero Bread debuted its limited-edition Cheese and Herb Croissant Rolls.
The rolls feature layers of pastry with cheddar, basil, rosemary and thyme. Similar to other Hero products, each roll boasts 1 gram of net carbs, 8 grams of protein and 13 grams of dietary fiber.
Hero Bread Cheese and Herb Croissant Rolls are available online in 12-count packs with six rolls to a tray.
Earlier this year, the better-for-you bakery brand closed a $21 million Series B financing round.
