THOMASVILLE, GA— Flowers Foods named Cindy Cox its new chief human resources officer (CHRO).

Cox joins the company from Carrier Corporation, where she served as the VP of human resources for the refrigeration segment. During her 27-year tenure at Pratt & Whitney and Carrier Corporation, she held many HR roles of increasing scope and responsibility.
