FIF names Julie Smolyansky as Expo West speaker

ANAHEIM, CA — Females in Food (FIF) announced Julie Smolyansky, president and CEO of Lifeway Foods, as the guest speaker for its event at Natural Products Expo West, set for March 4-7 in Anaheim, CA.

When she took over Lifeway Foods, Smolyansky was the youngest female CEO of a publicly traded company. Under her leadership and advisement, Lifeway Foods has grown into a category leader in the US kefir market, increasing revenue from $6 million to a projected $185-186.5 million in 2024.

Through expanding the brand’s global presence, she has been recognized in Fortune’s “40 Under 40” list and the 2024 Globe Awards for Women in Business.
