CHICAGO — Eli’s Cheesecake, a beloved Chicago-based cheesecake producer, is on a mission to spread the love to frontline workers this Valentine’s Day.
For every Valentine’s Day cheesecake purchased, the company will donate a cheesecake to the staff at Cook Country’s John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago and Alivia Medical Center in the Chicago neighborhood of Pilsen.
There are several seasonal treats available including several heart-shaped cheesecakes, Eli’s “Sweetheart Cuties,” which are bite-sized squares of original cheesecake encased in bittersweet chocolate.
The complete flavor lineup of heart-shaped cakes includes Turtle, a six-count of Miniature Belgian Chocolate Hearts and a white chocolate cheesecake topped with whole raspberries. There is also a DIY dipper kit available, where consumers can hand dip cheesecake themselves with their valentine.
Nationwide orders should be placed by 8:00 a.m. CST on Feb. 10. Visit the website for more information.
